- This section of MS 53826 contains the translation, most probably made by Hichens, into English of Swahili poems. Many poems are by Muyaka bin Haji al-Ghassany, but there are also translations of poems by Sh. Muhammad bin Abubakar, Ahal al-Amu, and from the Liongo collection.
