- Abstract:
- This MS contains information about the history of Pate since the 11th century, when Sultan Sulayman bin Sulayman bin Mudhaffar Nabahani came to Pate from Arabia [the MS says that he came from Arabia however Other sources say that he came from Oman]. The first events happened in 1204AD, 600AH. The MS continues with the history of the successions of the Sultans of Pate. It also provides information about the war with Lamu and Mombasa. The MS gives the lineage of the Nabahani dynasty. ( en )
