Notes
- General Note:
- While the old Laprak village due to its precarious location and topography is designated as lying in a hazard zone due to the earthquake and earlier landslides and recommended for resettlement to a safer place and the new settlement at Gupsipakha is being constructed, that makes the villagers ineligible for reconstruction grants. Yet, after three years, the people had rebuilt most of the houses and were living there.
- General Note:
- Funded by GCRF (Global Challenges Research Fund) through AHRC (Arts and Humanities Research Council), Grant number AH/P003648/1, as "After the Earth's Violent Sway: the tangible and intangible legacies of a natural disaster", Dr. Michael Hutt, Principal Investigator.
