- General Note:
- Dolakha, one of the districts worst affected by the 25 April earthquake, was the epicentre of the largest aftershock on 12 May. Charikot, the district headquarters, and other villages and settlements across the whole district were badly hit. Most households were affected, with many houses destroyed, damaged, or rendered uninhabitable.
