Notes

General Note:
After the earthquake, materials such as these corrugated steel sheets for roofing for temporary shelters were distributed by the government and non-governmental organisations and individuals. However, many of the affected settlements were located far from the roadhead or the roads were damaged by the earthquake. That meant the survivors had to walk down to the roadhead to collect the reconstruction materials through precarious damaged trails. This man is carrying a very unwieldy long roofing material across a landslide section.
