0’30 - gives name, aged ? 62, in village in 47, then aged 8 or 9
0’45 - saw about 50/60 tribals, what they wore and looked like
2’15- they came to the village, didn’t stop, just asked where are the Sikhs, where are the
Pandits
2’50 - didn’t see any looting; there was some fear some happiness, they didn’t harm Muslims,
they were simply looking for Sikhs and Pandits - we don’t know why
4’45 - was very young, but I have heard that the leaders did welcome them; people though
they would liberate them from Mah’s rule when Muslims had a hard time; so they were happy
6’00 - talks about Patiala Sikhs, when Indian army arrived they were Sikhs from Patiala, that
scare the people and fled to the forests
7’20 - when Patiala Sikhs came, people ran away; leaflets dropped, people informed that
peace had been restored, and they cd come back to their houses
8’40 - raiders didn’t do anything wrong; doesn’t know anything about mission hospital
9’00 - suffering now, facing lot of hardships, it’s no life
9’30 - WILDTRACK in room
Multiple goes at STAND-UP in car about going to visit Malik
