Biographical history: Babar Ayaz was born in Pakistan in a Punjabi family who migrated to Pakistan from Bombay [Mumbai]. He is a former member of the Communist Party of Pakistan. Babar Ayaz worked as a journalist, later becoming a businessman and TV entrepreneur in Karachi.
