- Colonel Henry Dundas Campbell (8 July 1798 – 1 April 1872) was a British professional soldier, Lieutenant-Governor of Sierra Leone in [1831-]1834, and Governor of Sierra Leone from 1835 to 1837. At the time of this Convention, Campbell was acting in the capacity of Lieutenant Governor.
