Notes

Abstract:
The SOAS Library moved to the Kuali Open Library Environment (OLE) in April 2015. The introduction of this Open Source system, delivered via a robust and well-organised shared-service, has challenged Library staff on a number of fronts, leading to changes in working culture as well as opportunities to reflect upon and improve working practices. Effective collaboration between Library and Information Systems professionals has been critical to the success of this innovation. ( en )
