Notes
- Abstract:
- This photograph is part of a series of photographs titled "Nain raiders", they are probably taken in some prison. There is no clue as to their crime, but they had possibly carried out a head-hunting raid into British administered territory, where head-hunting was officially banned. They wear tight cane belts, which suggests they may be Konyaks. ( en )
