- Abstract:
- This is the bungalow where Mills lived, except when on Tour, while based in the district. This was from November 1917 to New Year 1924, with one year's home leave from service May 1921 - June 1922, his first home leave since arriving in India in 1914. He had joined the Indian Civil Service in 1913. ( en )
