Abstract:
Few opportunities now of sending to England by way of Panama. Students of native seminary. Position at Papeete. Mr Thomson dying and Mr John M. Orsmond appointed by Governor as his successor, to hold that office together with that of Director of Native Affairs, i.e., Head of Native Police The station through Mr Thomson thus passing out of their hands. Subsequent question of mission property. Effects of relaxation of the law against use of spirits. P.T.O. -- Details of his work. Printing. Another charge of intoxication brought against Mr Simpson, but his attacks probably due to desease. ( en )
