The New Iraq Premier
Nouri as-Said has now become Premier of Iraq for the
fourth time. The resignation of Sayid Jamil Madfai was
not altogether unexpected. He had not enjoyed the best of >,

natural mountain ramparts which protect her from enemies
attempting invasion at any point along the 800 miles of her
geographical frontiers in the North-West.
