New church member, a "coloured lady", educated at Camberwell at school kept by 2 ladies (Misses Fletcher?) & attended W. Ormes' ministry. Account of a dying woman's ? 'Prayers of the natives' and their knowledge of Scripture. First missionary meeting, with brethren on way home. Demand exceeds supply of missionary? teachers. Has built dormitory for 14 Black wardens. Mrs Brown is with them. Money matters. Asks for donation of school books. ( en )
