- 4 missionaries arrived at Kingston, 22 December. Woolridge and Slatyer have visited him. Latter and Barrett are to visit Clarendon with a view to starting work there. Further ideas re particular estates, supposes one will go to Hankey's estate. Emphasises that one man should be at Kingston. Further suggestions. Need of educational work and agricultural training.
