- Abstract:
- Journal of Walter Medhurst, describing his journey along the coast of Java to Bali, November 1829 - January 1830. He describes the Balinese people and their customs, his meeting with the King or Rajah, and his missionary activities there. There is also a manuscript entitled Short account of the islands of Bali, particularly of Bali Baliling. This account was printed in the LMS Quarterly Chronicle for July and October 1831. ( en )
