The spiritual and scholarly dedication of the teachers of the schools have been a source of profound inspiration to me. I wish there were such a school for my children.” FRANCIS DICKIE retired recently from a life-time job with the Ontario Hydro Commission. He and his wife are enjoying their retirement. They make Toronto their headquarters in winter, and spend their summers at their cottage in the Haliburton Highlands of Ontario. RUTH ELLIOTT writes: “ Last fall the Lord brought me to Columbia Bible College to teach elementary education courses to help prepare teachers for the mission field and for Christian day schools. “...Auckland to return to their missionary work in Malaya. Another little son was added to the family, born on February 2nd, 1962. DR. LAWRENCE BROCK has been appointed to a lectureship at Oxford which includes part-time lecturing to medical students and part-time surgery and research at the Radcliffe Infirmary. He has a flat at Kidlington, near Oxford. His sister, JOAN, has returned from her visit to U.S.A. and England, which she enjoyed very much. She is an Assistant Librarian for Post Primary Schools in the Auckland area. JEAN CARTER (nee MUIR) now lives in Auckland and is teaching at kindergarten. Her husband, Howard, has begun his Theological course at the Auckland Baptist College. They have a fiat at Mt. Roskill. LEN GOOLD. Recent news from Len is that he is much better. He has made a good recovery from the serious eye trouble he had last year and is now busy doing deputation work for his Mission in Italy.
