NORTH AMERICA.
Margaret Paterson graduated in July, 1930, gaining the
M.B., Ch.B., with the Gilfillan Prize, which is awarded to
the most distinguished woman student in the year. She
sailed for Singapore in October, 1930. She arrived there at
6 a.m. on November 29th, and was married the same day to
Dr. Cameron. On November 15th, 1931, she received a dau-
ghter, Margaret Anne. They are in charge of the Kulim
Kedah Malaya Hospital, twenty miles inland from Penang.
William Paterson (Weelum) was married in June, 1931,
and lives in Edinburgh.
Tom Paterson is a tea planter in India.
Eunice Bevis has done a full nursing course and came
secoim in General Proficience, only .01% behind the one
above her, and first in the year in Ort.hopoedie, with 95%
She is now living with Mr. and Mrs. Noel Palmer, and
doing private nursing....”
