Written response by Fereydoun Djam to an interview made on an Iranian radio based in Los Angeles (USA) by General Abbas Gharabaghi, the last commander in chief of the Iranian Army under Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, Shah of Iran. General Djam criticises the decision taken by the army on 11 February 1979 to declare neutrality and calls it the \wrong\" decision. Second draft."
